If a role is already open in your browser, start there. Copy its posting link into ChatGPT Desktop and ask FrogHire.ai Job Agent to look at that job. You can check the fit before asking it to touch the application form.
1. Add Job Agent in ChatGPT Desktop
Get your personal installation link from your FrogHire.ai account. In ChatGPT Desktop, open Codex → Plugins, choose Add → Add a marketplace, and paste the link into Source. Find FrogHire.ai JobAgent and choose Install. The link is yours to use on your own devices; do not share it with someone else.
Job Agent works only in ChatGPT Desktop at present. The product overview lists its beta limits.
2. Share the posting and your resume
Give Job Agent the link and a resume or account of your experience. This request leaves the application untouched while you decide whether to proceed:
Here is the job I want to apply to: [job link]. Use my resume to tell me where I meet the requirements, what I need to confirm, and whether this role is worth pursuing. Do not submit an application yet.
Check the posting yourself, especially its location, seniority, employment type, and eligibility requirements. If the page is unavailable or no longer shows the role, ask Job Agent what it can see. Do not rely on an answer based only on a title.
The link can point to a role outside Job Agent’s current search sources. That is fine for a fit discussion. Whether it can fill the application depends on the form behind the link; an unsupported form should be reported as such.
3. Check the resume version
For a role you want to pursue, ask Job Agent to tailor a resume from your real work if the current version misses relevant experience. Compare the result with the source. Check dates, job titles, education, skills, and any claim about your results. The AI resume review checklist covers this review in more detail.
4. Say who should submit
“Prepare this application for me to review” uses Copilot. Job Agent fills and checks a supported form, then stops before submission. “Apply to this job when the application is complete and verified” uses Autopilot. It submits after its checks pass and leaves an uncertain or incomplete application unsent.
Some forms need a login, identity check, or an answer only you can give. Job Agent may hand that step back to you. Read its final result before recording the role as applied; a filled form is not proof that it was sent.
Read the result before closing the page
If you chose Copilot, look for a prepared form and check the attachment, required answers, and any remaining errors before you submit it yourself. If you chose Autopilot, look for a confirmed submission on the employer’s page. When the result says the form was blocked or the outcome is unknown, do not count the role as applied. Check the page or any confirmation email first.
