Refund Policy
TL;DR:
- No refunds or credits after activation, including partial periods.
- Subscriptions are recurring until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime - access remains until the end of your current billing cycle.
1. No Refunds Policy
Subscriptions to FrogHire.ai are recurring and will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your FrogHire.ai account.
Once your subscription has been activated and you have gained access to FrogHire.ai services, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- Premium subscriptions
- Research Plan subscriptions
- Any other paid subscription tiers
A renewal reminder email is sent three (3) calendar days before the scheduled renewal to the email address on file for the account. Non-receipt of this notice, including due to spam filtering, delivery issues, or an outdated email address, does not qualify the subscription for a refund or credit.
No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges:
- Log into your FrogHire.ai Account
- Navigate to Subscription
- Select Manage my subscription
- Cancel your paid subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After this date, it will not renew and you will not be charged again.
3. Limited Exception
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in cases where you can demonstrate a significant technical error in our product/service that prevents normal use. To request a refund under this exception:
- Contact our support team at info@froghire.ai
- Provide details and evidence of the issue
- Participate in a troubleshooting call with our team if requested
