Initial Job Search Setup
What’s included: Your advisor helps you build 2–3 keyword groups, set basic filters such as location, job level, and date posted, and organize your first group of target roles.
Why it matters: You move from random job browsing to a more focused and repeatable search process.
4
Job Direction and Role Fit Review
What’s included: Your advisor reviews whether your target direction is too broad, too narrow, or misaligned with your background, then compares your resume against 3–5 representative job descriptions.
Why it matters: You can reduce low-fit applications and better understand which roles deserve priority.
5
Role Prioritization and Action Plan
What’s included: Your advisor identifies primary, secondary, and pause-for-now directions, then provides recommended search keywords and key tasks for the next 2–4 weeks.
Why it matters: You leave the session knowing what to apply for first, how to search, and what to do next.
02
14-Day FrogHire.ai Job Search Launch & Execution Program
One kickoff session plus Day 7, Day 11, and Day 14 review milestones.

Why it matters: Before applying at scale, you clarify the direction, process, and standards for your job search.
2
Job Tracking and Execution Standards
What’s included: You will be guided to record job title, company, application link, Match Score, location, application date, resume version, application status, and notes.
Why it matters: A clear tracking system helps you understand progress and creates a reliable foundation for review.
3
Target Job Pool of 30–50 Roles
What’s included: You independently screen and record 30–50 roles using the confirmed directions and keywords, including role fit, location, and relevant work authorization or sponsorship signals.
Why it matters: You build a structured target job pool before applying, instead of searching and applying without a plan.
4
First Round of Qualified Applications

Why it matters: You move from preparation into execution and complete a measurable first round of applications within 14 days.
5
Application Progress Review and Adjustment
What’s included: Your advisor reviews application volume, role direction, the mix of A/B/C roles, and execution issues, then adjusts search keywords and role priorities when needed.
Why it matters: You can identify misaligned applications, low-fit roles, or execution gaps early.
6
Final Review and Next-Step Plan
What’s included: On Day 14, your advisor reviews your final Job Tracking record and provides recommended role directions, keywords, and application priorities for the next 2–4 weeks.

FAQs
Questions, answered.
Which FrogHire.ai advisory service should I choose?
Choose the FrogHire.ai 1-on-1 Onboarding & Job Direction Review if your main goal is to learn how to use FrogHire.ai and clarify your target role direction. Choose the 14-Day FrogHire.ai Job Search Launch & Execution Program if you also need to build a job pool, complete a first round of applications, and receive milestone-based reviews.
What is the key difference between the two options?
The 1-on-1 review is a one-time service focused on platform onboarding, initial job search setup, and direction review. The 14-day program includes those foundations plus Job Tracking, a target pool of 30–50 roles, 15–30 qualified applications, and milestone feedback on Days 7, 11, and 14.
Do I need a FrogHire.ai account?
Yes. You need access to an active FrogHire.ai account. Complimentary trial access to FrogHire.ai may be provided during the service period. Continued access after the service period may require a separate subscription unless otherwise stated on the purchase page.
Do these services include a full resume rewrite?
No. These services do not include a full resume rewrite or comprehensive resume editing. Your advisor may identify clear keyword, skill, or experience gaps based on target roles, but will not rewrite the entire resume line by line.
Will FrogHire.ai submit job applications for me?
No. Your advisor will guide you in searching, screening, prioritizing, and tracking roles, but you are responsible for completing and submitting your own applications.
Do these services include interview coaching, referral services, or job offer guarantees?
No. These services focus on FrogHire.ai guidance, job direction, application preparation, and execution review. They do not include interview coaching or referral services and do not guarantee interviews or job offers.
Is the Match Score a guarantee that I am a good fit?
No. Match Score is a reference for resume and job description alignment. It does not represent an employer’s screening decision. You should also consider job requirements, experience level, location, work authorization requirements, and employer hiring criteria.
Is sponsorship or work authorization guidance legal or immigration advice?
No. Sponsorship and work authorization reminders are provided only for job screening and job search strategy purposes. They do not constitute legal, immigration, or status application advice. For professional guidance, consult a licensed immigration attorney or your school’s DSO.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
As a general policy, FrogHire.ai advisory service purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, advisor time, pre-session review, and personalized service resources are scheduled or reserved. Please review the product scope, service format, and service boundaries before purchasing.
How can I cancel or reschedule a session?
To reschedule a session, contact customer service at least 24 hours in advance. Each session may generally be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be treated as a used session.
Does completing either service guarantee an interview or job offer?
No. Job search outcomes depend on many factors, including background, resume quality, role competition, market conditions, work authorization requirements, application volume, and employer screening criteria. These services help improve job search methods and execution, but cannot guarantee interviews or job offers.
