1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us 

In Short: You provide data to create an account with us. We collect personal information that you provide to us. 

To create an account you need to provide data including your name, email address and/or mobile number, and a password. If you register for a premium Service, you will need to provide payment (e.g., credit card) and billing information.

Personal Information in Profile Provided by You.

You have choices about the information on your profile, such as your education, work experience, skills, photo, city or area and endorsements. You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make that sensitive information public. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • NAMES
  • JOB TITLES
  • SCHOOL EDUCATION

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected 

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services. 

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. We get data when you visit sites that include our ads, cookies or some of our plugins or when you log-in to others’ services with your FrogHire.ai account.

We receive information about your visits and interaction with services provided by others when you log-in with FrogHire.ai or visit others’ services that include some of our plugins (such as “Apply with FrogHire.ai”) or our ads, cookies or similar technologies.

We are improving our Services, which means we get new data and create new ways to use data.

Our Services are dynamic, and we often introduce new features, which may require the collection of new information. If we collect materially different personal data or materially change how we collect, use or share your data, we will notify you and may also modify this Privacy Policy.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. How we use your personal data will depend on which Services you use, how you use those Services and the choices you make in your settings. 4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties. 

We may process or share data based on the following legal basis. We do not sell, trade, collect, store, transmit or otherwise transfer to third parties your personal or sensitive data, including personally identifiable information, browsing history, cookies, cached items, form data, web browsing activity, financial and payment information, authentication information, website content and resources, etc. that we gather from your usage of the FrogHire.ai Website Extension. Your personal or sensitive data remains confidential.

But in order to provide you with the FrogHire.ai services, we may use the information that you make available to us to help job seekers find jobs and employers find candidates, ascertain and improve the services that we provide to job seekers and employers. Also, by using this FrogHire.ai Website Extension, we help job seekers match their resume with relevant jobs and provide job seekers with a percentage match score.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

Legal Disclosures

We may need to share your data when we believe it’s required by law or to help protect the rights and safety of you, us or others. It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you; (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; (4) protect the security or integrity of our Services (such as by sharing with companies facing similar threats); or (5) exercise or protect the rights and safety of FrogHire.ai, our Members, personnel or others. We attempt to notify Members about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate in our judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are overbroad, vague or lack proper authority, but we do not promise to challenge every demand. Change in Control or Sale

We may share your data when our business is sold to others, but it must continue to be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We can also share your personal data as part of a sale, merger or change in control, or in preparation for any of these events. Any other entity which buys us or part of our business will have the right to continue to use your data, but only in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy unless you agree otherwise.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We generally retain your personal data as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you Services. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Services. Even if you only use our Services when looking for a new job every few years, we will retain your information and keep your profile open, unless you close your account. In some cases we choose to retain certain information (e.g., insights about Services use) in a depersonalized or aggregated form.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. 

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: In some regions, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. 

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising by advertisers on our Services.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information. 

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).

California Residents Privacy Rights

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, this section applies to certain personal data collected about California individuals where Bodis controls how and why the personal data is processed (which the CCPA calls a "business") and supplements the rest of our Policy above. The CCPA requires that we detail the categories of personal information that we disclose for certain "business purposes", such as to service providers that assist us with securing our services or marketing our products, and to such other entities. We collect the personal information for the business and commercial purposes as described in the "Purposes for which we use personal data" section above. We share this information as described in the "How do we share your personal data?" section below. We do not knowingly sell or share any personal data of minors under the age of 16. We do not collect or process "sensitive personal information", as defined by the CCPA, to infer characteristics about you.

Subject to legal limitations, California residents may have the below rights:

Right to Know. You have the right to request information about the categories of personal data we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected the personal data, the purposes for collecting the personal data, the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal data, and the purpose for which we disclosed your personal data. You may also request information about the specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal data that we have collected from you.

Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data that we maintain about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. We do not sell personal data to third parties in exchange for money. You may still email us using the information below to exercise your right to opt out of sale under applicable law. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. If you choose to close your FrogHire.ai account, your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Services within 24 hours. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below.

We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., if we have restricted your account for breach of our Professional Community Policies), enforce our User Agreement, or fulfill your request to "unsubscribe" from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.

15. WHAT IS THE SUBSCRIPTION POLICY?

  1. No Refund Policy:

    All purchases of FrogHire.ai digital subscriptions are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed and the digital product is delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit under any circumstances.

  2. Subscription Services:

    Your subscription grants you access to premium features, services, and content provided by FrogHire.ai. These services are considered delivered at the time of purchase as they provide immediate access to exclusive resources.

  3. Cancellation of Subscription:

    You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refund or partial refund will be issued for any remaining period of the subscription term.

  4. Automatic Renewal:

    If your subscription includes auto-renewal, you may disable this feature at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term. Renewal charges are also non-refundable once processed.

  5. User Responsibility:

    It is the responsibility of the subscriber to review the service offering and evaluate its suitability before making a purchase. If you have questions about the product, please contact us before subscribing.
