Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually iterate and improve the user experience
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive and consistent design language across the platform

Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field
Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and contributing to the success of international students in the U.S. job market

Familiarity with immigration and employment regulations, particularly those related to H-1B visas
Positive attitude, creativity, and a team player mindset to collaborate with our diverse team
