Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including online job postings, industry reports, and government databases, to identify trends and patterns in the job market
Creating and maintaining databases to track job market data and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Developing and using statistical models and data visualization tools to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
Conducting research on job market trends, labor market policies, and other relevant topics to inform the company's strategic decision-making
Assisting with other data-related tasks and projects as needed

Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Data Mining related major
Able to analyze and interpret large sets of data and to identify trends, and patterns
Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques and software, data visualization, and programming languages, such as Excel, R, and Python. Experience with Tableau is a plus
Able to conduct research and gather relevant information from a variety of sources.
Able to present data and analysis in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, both orally and in writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Quick learner with an ability to fit into our weekly iteration culture

Familiarity with immigration and employment regulations, particularly those related to H-1B visas
